Our Engineering Department is capable of accepting you designs in most CAD formats, or we are happy to work off samples and older conventional drawings. We are happy to work with materials of your choice, or will work with your engineers to develop special rubber formulations to meet your specific application needs. Our molds are designed in CAD/CAM and built utilizing advanced CNC equipment. We have advanced injection and hydraulic compression/transfer molding equipment (ranging in size from 50T to 400T) to meet your range of product sizes and exacting specifications. Our engineering and quality laboratories and production floor is equipped with latest quality control equipment to assure that all parts meet or exceed your quality specifications. Our facilities are ISO 9002 certified. |
